I met David Bryant first by email, then by phone and finally at Spanglers in Hamilton City. We connected right away, he made me, the buyer, very comfortable.
He then proceed to showed me the maps of Twisted Creek, the geographic data, and important information, then, I jumped in his Jeep and went to the ranch. We walked the properties available and I made a deal to buy a piece of land. David was a great influence to buy the property. I would say it was a life investment.

Eventually, I found a property that appeared to have everything I wanted, and David showed it to me the next day, in spite of awful road conditions. When I saw it in person, it was better than I had hoped, and was able sign a contract for it immediately.
David was responsive to calls and emails throughout the buying process, and remained helpful even after it became clear it would take a while for me to commit to buying. When I finally committed to a property, he connected me to many folks who could help me develop and manage my land, and checked in on me throughout the closing period to make sure I had all the information needed to close seamlessly. It was a real pleasure working with him, and am highly satisfied with my purchase.
